As part of our expansion we are now looking for a First Line Support that can guide our clients in their technical issues. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional support and ensuring smooth operations for our customers and internal teams.
The Role:
As our First Line Support, you will be an integral part of our QA team, working alongside four QA specialists and closely with the rest of the technical team. In addition to providing direct support over phone and through Intercom, you will be involved in creating detailed reports, reviewing account information, and drafting solution emails. Your role will also encompass significant involvement in QA activities, where you'll test functions, investigate bugs, and prepare issues for escalation to the QA team. You'll participate in various internal projects, including translations and system updates, and manage quarterly reports, new feature requests, and onboarding processes. Your work will be crucial in maintaining seamless communication between our support, QA, and tech teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide support via phone and Intercom, handling both customer inquiries and internal requests.
- Assist with technical issues, perform function tests, and investigate bugs before escalating to QA.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly reports, handle feature requests, and support onboarding processes.
- Participate in internal projects, including translations and system updates
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience from a support role, preferably technical support.
- Knowledge of Intercom or similar tools
- Fluency in both Swedish and English. If you are fluent in other languages as well it is a big plus!
- Bonus points for having experience in IT, as well as knowledge in API's, Wordpress and network inspection tools.
Other than that we see that you need to have good people-skills, and enjoy helping others. To enjoy this position we think that you are an effective communicator with great organizational skills. After that you will have a first meeting with a recruiter, and then a meeting with our QA Manager before meeting with another member of the team. In the last step we contact your references and make a full assessment.
