As part of our expansion it is now time for us further develop our HR operations, and we are now looking for a HR professional that wants to be a part of this journey. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the HR processes in a new way, and we are open to innovative thinking.
The Role:
As HR Operations Specialist at CheckProof you will be responsible for Talent Acquisition and HR matters. It will be a fun mix of day-to-day operational tasks mixed with strategic initiatives. Included in the role is to provide expert guidance and support to managers on various HR-related issues, including handling complex employee relations matters, conflict resolution and terminations, as well as recruitment and HR process implementation. Since you will be the owner off all HR related matters, it is important that you are confident in your role and knows what needs to be done. To support you, you will be able to work together with partners from our investors, as well as your closest manager. Your key responsibilities include:
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding/Offboarding: Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating smooth onboarding and managing offboarding processes. This also includes international recruitment, making sure we meet international legal requirements, and handling relocation.
- HR Process Implementation: Developing, implementing, and refining key HR processes, including absence management and systematic work environment management.
- HR Systems Preparation: Leading the preparation and implementation of new HR systems. This includes assessing system needs, working with vendors, and ensuring successful integration with existing processes.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR practices are compliant with law. Stay updated on the latest HR trends and laws to make necessary adjustments to HR policies and practices.
- Payroll Administration
What We’re Looking For
- 4-6 years of HR experience with a strong background in operational HR functions, preferably from SaaS-companies or scale-ups.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or equivalent education within the field of HR.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English. Bonus if you also know German or French.
- Knowledge of local Swedish labor market, legislations, and policies
- Experience with HR tools.
- Bonus points for having experience with international labor law
You should be decisive, resilient, and capable of making tough decisions and handling conflicts effectively. Your problem-solving skills and strong operational capabilities will be key to your success in this role, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our HR function.
